Museum Hours

Monday – Saturday: 10am – 4pm (Closed Sundays)
(Due to high traffic, the Museum is closed on the Saturdays USC plays in Columbia.)
Days closed for home games:
-September 2nd, 16th, 23rd
-October 7th, 28th
-November 11th, 18th, 25th

2017 Holidays the Museum is Closed:

New Year's Day (closed January 2)
Martin Luther King's Birthday (closed January 16)
President's Day (closed February 20)
Confederate Memorial Day (closed May 10)
Memorial Day (closed May 27-29)
Independence Day (closed July 4)
Labor Day (closed September 2-4)
Thanksgiving (closed November 23 - 24)
Christmas (closed December 22 - 26)


Group Tours
FREE

- Self Guided (All Ages)
     -Available during regular hours
- Guided Tour (Ages 10+)
     - Preferably Thursdays (when docents are available)
     - Must be scheduled at least a week in advance
     - Please allow a minimum of an hour for a basic tour
     - Photography is permitted

To make a reservation for your group -
Call (803) 299-1333 and please have the following information available:

- Name and phone number of group contact
- Name of organization
- Date and time of tour
- Approximate age of group
- Number of people in group


Directions

From Interstate 77 to Charleston or to Charlotte:
Take exit #5 onto SC 48 West (Bluff Road). Pass three(3) traffic lights. Once at the 4th traffic light, you will take a right onto National Guard Road (also called Stan Spears Drive).  The Museum is located within the T. Eston Marchant SCNG Complex on your left side.  Take the first left through the security gate. Museum will be straight ahead.

From downtown Columbia:
Take Assembly Street east to George Rogers Blvd. Turn left at intersection of George Rogers Blvd and Bluff Rd (SC48 East). After turning left, make another left at the second light. The Museum is located within the T. Eston Marchant SCNG Complex on your left side.  Take the first left through the security gate. Museum will be straight ahead.
